Discount Day at Barnes & Noble

Sunday I decided to visit Barnes & Noble because it was the last day to get the extra 10% member’s discount – you know, any excuse to buy new books!  I found 2 books – I already knew I wanted to buy Muse of Nightmares because I’ve been wanting to read it ever since I finished reading Strange the Dreamer.  The other book I decided to get was a signed copy of Broken Things which I’ve been wanting to read for a while as well.  And I also bought a mug, a book mug that says, “Go Away, I’m Reading”.  Hahaha, I saw it and knew I had to get it because it seems every time I read where people are, I am constantly interrupted with comments and questions.  Why is that?  Oh, the problems of a book reader.

Getting excited about the books we found at Barnes & Noble!

Another dilemma of a book reader is finding the time to read all the new books bought…and although I want to read them right away, in all honesty, I’ll probably not get to them until either November/December or they may even have to wait to be read until 2020! That’s how many books I have piled ever-so-high on my TBR.

Is that something you do?  Buy books knowing they’ll sit on your shelf for a long/short while before you read them.  I don’t think I ever bought a book and then started reading that day or the next.

Anyway, below is the video I did which mentions these 2 books, but it also mentions 2 others that I purchased at my local library.
